Juicy Joint

Joint formula targets inflammation to promote healthier joints
“By reducing the stress that inflammation puts on the body, I believe Juicy Joint has the potential to help a lot of patients move more comfortably and reduce daily pain.”^†

I appreciate how this joint formula takes advantage of traditional herbs, like meadowsweet and willow bark. Both of these herbs contain plant compounds that can help lower pain signals. Clinical trials involving meadowsweet and willow bark have reported less inflammation and lower pain scores for individuals with arthritis. In this particular formula, the herbs are combined with turmeric to offer even broader support for inflammation. Turmeric has also been tested in clinical trials where it is associated with reductions in joint stiffness and pain. I am a big fan of this combination, especially for patients who need extra help balancing their body’s inflammatory responses. By reducing the stress that inflammation puts on the body, I believe Juicy Joint has the potential to help a lot of patients move more comfortably and reduce daily pain.^†

Juicy Joint

Uses blend of botanicals to support long-term joint health
“Joint pain can make activities feel more challenging and frustrating for patients. That’s why I strongly recommend Juicy Joint.”^†

Joint pain can make activities feel more challenging and frustrating for patients. That’s why I strongly recommend Juicy Joint. It leverages interesting botanical ingredients that may not only relieve immediate pain but also can promote joint health, which may result in less pain or tension in the long-term. Horsetail is a good example. It contains a compound called silica that can be used by your body to strengthen the cartilage and ligaments (the tissues that cushion and support your joints). In addition to horsetail, turmeric is linked to long-term joint benefits and has shown positive results among people with osteoarthritis. This supplement can provide good support for patients who are concerned about their mobility.^†

Juicy Joint

Anti-inflammatory herbs support knee and hip mobility
“Juicy Joint can be a fantastic natural support for people with knee and hip mobility issues.”^†

Juicy Joint can be a fantastic natural support for people with knee and hip mobility issues. The combination of turmeric and ginger in this formula is particularly interesting. Clinical studies have consistently found turmeric can lower pain scores in people with sore joints. It does this with curcumin, which can block enzymes known to trigger swelling inside joints, and can help to reduce discomfort and stiffness. Ginger is another key ingredient to consider that has been used in research to provide relief for people with arthritis-related discomfort. Ginger can calm the inflammatory chemicals that build up after repeated exercise, which can be why joints and muscles feel less sore or painful. With consistent use, patients may notice better range of motion, daily comfort, and quicker recovery times.^†

Juicy Joint

Herbal blend uses natural compounds to improve joint mobility
“I highly recommend Juicy Joint for anyone struggling with joint stiffness.”^†

I highly recommend Juicy Joint for anyone struggling with joint stiffness. Willow bark and devil's claw have both been studied in clinical research as natural alternatives for patients with joint and muscle pain. Willow contains natural compounds that your body can use to calm pain signals, which may therefore reduce feelings of discomfort. It’s nice that Devil's claw can have a complementary effect using the anti-inflammatory potential of harpagoside. This compound has been used for its potential to reduce swelling and can improve comfort for patients with joint or back pain. Ginger can help with soreness too, especially after rigorous physical activity. As a natural blend, I really do love these herbs for joint relief and think they can make movements feel more fluid and comfortable during daily activities.^†

Living with stiff or achy joints day to day can be really uncomfortable. This is where I think Juicy Joint can add real value to a daily routine, especially for its inclusion of devil's claw. Devil's claw is an herb that contains compounds called harpagosides, which have been studied for their potential to support a healthy inflammatory response. Research on devil's claw extracts has also looked at how it may support joint comfort and everyday movement, which makes me excited about its potential role in this formula. For people whose joints are getting in the way of their routine, Juicy Joint may help support easier movement day to day.^†

This tincture is nice to have on hand if you’re someone dealing with joints that feel uncomfortable after physical activity. The formula is full of botanicals and herbs that can offer natural support. There are a few that stand out to me the most, like the pairing of turmeric with black pepper. Turmeric contains an active compound named curcumin that some studies have seen promote joint comfort and function in adults. With curcumin being sometimes tricky for the body to absorb on its own, the piperine in black pepper may help more of it be used. Then, there are other botanicals here like white willow bark and meadowsweet that may also have a soothing effect.^†

Balm

Calms inflammation and eases everyday bruising with herbal extracts
“I’m optimistic about the benefits of this salve for pain management and skincare and would recommend it to patients.”^†

Patients dealing with achy joints or lingering bruises should consider trying out this natural salve from Plant Basically. Research suggests that Arnica can ease hand osteoarthritis pain as effectively as ibuprofen. The findings here are fascinating. It can do this by calming inflammatory enzymes, proteins that trigger swelling and tenderness. I also want to draw attention to comfrey ointment. Comfrey has been studied in randomized trials, and findings pointed towards benefits like reductions in acute back pain within five days. It supports skin renewal as well by producing a compound called allantoin that can soothe and moisturize the skin. Overall, I would say the botanicals in this formula show impressive potential in clinical settings. I’m optimistic about the benefits of this salve for pain management and skincare and would recommend it to patients.^†

Balm

Uses cooling and warming sensations to ease aching joints
“The formula has a unique two-step sensation that I find really soothing.”^†

The Ache Relief Salve from Plant Basically is an excellent plant-based way that can ease sore muscles and joints. The formula has a unique two-step sensation that I find really soothing. Menthol and peppermint oils create a cooling sensation that can activate the skin’s “cold switch.” This can help compete with pain signals traveling to the brain, which can help reduce discomfort within minutes. Capsaicin, a compound from chili peppers, can also provide warmth by activating the “heat switch” on nerves. Alongside this, capsaicin may also lower the number of pain messengers around muscles and joints, leading to fewer pain signals over time. Clinical studies have found that menthol and capsaicin topicals can reduce pain scores with steady use. Because of this, I would happily recommend this product for lasting relief from joint aches.^†

Nourishing oils support protecting skin while soothing sore spots
“I really like this product from Plants Basically and think many patients, especially those with sensitive or dry skin, could see potential long-term benefits.”^†

This topical pain reliever stands out to me because it can provide comfort for sore areas while protecting the skin itself. The formula uses nourishing oils that support strengthening the skin’s natural barrier, locking in moisture and keeping irritation out. This works well with beeswax, which can help the soothing botanicals stay put and can provide more continuous relief where it is needed. Also, it has great antioxidants like vitamin E that can shield skin cells from daily wear, and calendula, a flower used in wound care, that can calm irritation and add additional support for healing. Together, these ingredients create a salve that can be a source of relief and skin protection. I really like this product from Plants Basically and think many patients, especially those with sensitive or dry skin, could see potential long-term benefits.^†

Elevated Energy

Pine pollen promotes hormone balance and overall wellness
“I see great potential in this product as a natural approach to balance hormones and promote wellness over time.”^†

For patients interested in supporting overall health and wellbeing, Elevated Energy is a supplement I would recommend. Pine pollen contains “phyto-actives” that can interact with and balance hormone signals in your cells. When those signals are balanced, you can feel more energetic and level-headed, possibly leading to better physical and mental performance. What’s also unique about pine pollen is that it includes antioxidants that can block waste particles from hurting your cells. That added protection can have energy-boosting effects along with immune-enhancing properties, which are a nice bonus. Early pilot studies found that pine pollen helped people with hormone imbalances, such as men with testosterone deficiencies. I see great potential in this product as a natural approach to balance hormones and promote wellness over time.^†

Elevated Energy

Active ingredients supply steady energy without spikes or jitters
“With this trio, Elevated Energy can support patients with sustained, jitter-free energy, along with better concentration and a generally calmer mood.”^†

This adaptogen blend can be a solid choice for better stamina and clear focus, in large part to three active ingredients: ashwagandha, cordyceps, and pine pollen. Ashwagandha supports the body’s stress-control network and can manage stress hormones, so that you feel less on-edge throughout the day. On the other hand, cordyceps can support the cell’s energy systems by supplying steady fuel instead of energy spikes. The last one is pine pollen, which contributes plant nutrients linked to hormone balance and everyday energy. With this trio, Elevated Energy can support patients with sustained, jitter-free energy, along with better concentration and a generally calmer mood. As a plus, I like that it is also organic and plant-based with no synthetics or fillers.^†

Elevated Energy

Supports stress and frees up attention for daily energy and focus
“I value Elevated Energy as a stimulant-free source of energy and concentration.”^†

I value Elevated Energy as a stimulant-free source of energy and concentration. A pooled analysis of clinical trials showed ingredients like ashwagandha, for example, can reduce stress hormones and free up attention for other tasks, like planning and memory recall. This may make a meaningful difference for people who have long workdays where they are juggling a lot of responsibilities. By balancing your stress response, it may also feel easier to perform under pressure and concentrate on important tasks. Along with ashwagandha, cordyceps support the process of cells converting fuel into cellular energy. With this, it can help support higher energy and mental stamina without the uncomfortable feelings associated with high-caffeine intake. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by daily stress or struggling to focus during the day, I highly recommend trying out Elevated Energy.^†

Brain Nectar

Uses antioxidants from botanicals to support mental processing
“I strongly recommend Brain Nectar as an easy way for patients to support mental processing speed and cognition.”^†

I strongly recommend Brain Nectar as an easy way for patients to support mental processing speed and cognition. It contains several plant ingredients I want to highlight. Gotu kola is a leaf extract that can promote neuron growth and help signals move between cells, possibly making it easier to learn and switch between tasks. Gotu kola has shown results in clinical research as an antioxidant that can shield neurons from damage, which can otherwise slow mental processing if left unchecked. The oyster mushrooms can supply the brain with more antioxidants, including ergothioneine, which is known to accumulate inside neurons and can help keep them active. By working in complementary ways, I’m fairly confident in how this supplement can support overall cognitive health. I would gladly suggest that patients consider trying it.^†

These plant extracts support healthy blood flow to brain areas involved in focus and decision-making, and can deliver oxygen and nutrients that fuel mental energy. By supplying more oxygen to those areas, the local nerve cells are able to react faster and perform longer before tiring. For patients, this can mean sharper focus and a clearer state of mind for higher cognitive performance. Other plant-based ingredients, like peppermint leaf, can additionally support improved blood flow to the brain and stimulate the neurotransmitters that make us feel awake and alert. Honey is a nice addition too. It not only adds flavor but also provides antioxidants that may protect brain cells from chemical damage.^†

Brain Nectar

Natural ingredients bolster nerve fibers for better cognitive function
“Brain Nectar can be a great supplement to support long-term brain function.”^†

Brain Nectar can be a great supplement to support long-term brain function. I think it does a great job of supporting the brain’s nerve cells, potentially improving reactivity and communication. Researchers studying Lion’s Mane mushroom have found it can increase production of the nerve growth factor, a protein that supports the development of healthy nerve fibers. These fibers are used by the brain to transmit information, including thoughts and memories. With consistent use, I think Brain Nectar shows real promise for patients for gradually helping improve learning skills and memory recall. These cognitive functions can be further supported by ginkgo leaf, which can increase blood flow to the brain and supply some added layers of nourishment.^†
