Who wrote it
Written by someone who had to figure it out
Two roads were offered to me: fuse the spine, or numb it indefinitely. I took neither.
Back in 2012 I was riding BMX professionally. I crashed and came down on a handrail, and in that single instant I herniated two discs in my lower back, L4 and L5. It did not feel like a slow decline. It felt like a switch flipped.
What came next was almost as exhausting as the injury itself. Chiropractors, then doctors, then physical therapists, then back to the chiropractor, around and around. Everyone had a piece of the puzzle, but nobody handed me the whole picture, and I never seemed to actually get better.
This is not a book of empty hope. Your body wants to heal. When you give it the right conditions in the right order, it will.
From the introduction
Healing did not come from one magic fix. It came from stacking small steps in the right order, like logs on a fire. This book hands you the whole stack, one step per chapter, in the sequence that worked for me.
Of the people I have coached directly through this exact system, about 92% got real relief, and the vast majority avoided surgery altogether. That number does not come from selling supplements. It comes from walking real people through these steps, one at a time.
How to read it
-
1
Read it in order, once
The early steps calm the pain and lay the foundation. The later ones do deeper work that lands better once that foundation is in place.
-
2
Hurting right now? Skip ahead
Go straight to ice, the balm, and your diet for fast relief, and start today. You can always circle back and build in the rest.
-
3
Consistency beats intensity
A little bit every day will out-heal a lot once a week. You do not need all 20 steps at once. Layer them in as you go.
