This tincture is nice to have on hand if you’re someone dealing with joints that feel uncomfortable after physical activity. The formula is full of botanicals and herbs that can offer natural support. There are a few that stand out to me the most, like the pairing of turmeric with black pepper. Turmeric contains an active compound named curcumin that some studies have seen promote joint comfort and function in adults. With curcumin being sometimes tricky for the body to absorb on its own, the piperine in black pepper may help more of it be used. Then, there are other botanicals here like white willow bark and meadowsweet that may also have a soothing effect.^†
