How long does shipping take?
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 3–5 business days for us to process, pack, and ship your items.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. Orders containing special releases may take 1–2 weeks to process.
Delivery Times:
Domestic (US & Canada):
• Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
International:
• Standard shipping: 12–25 business days, depending on destination
• Customs delays or global events may extend delivery times

Order Edits & Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or edits (including address changes, product swaps, cancellations, or combining orders).
If you notice an error, please contact support immediately, but we cannot guarantee adjustments once the order has been processed.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Shipping fees cover shipping only.
Any additional customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Plantsbasically is not liable for fees imposed by your local customs authority.
• Subscription Policy
When ordering, the subscription option may be preselected for convenience. We clearly notify you on the product page, cart, and checkout that this is a recurring subscription unless manually changed.
Managing Your Subscription:
- You can access your subscription portal through the “Subscription Login” link on our website
- You’ll receive a link to manage or cancel your subscription in every order confirmation email
- We also send a 2-day reminder email before every recurring charge
- You may pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time
Please manage your subscription proactively.
Orders that have already processed cannot be cancelled or refunded if they ship before cancellation.
By keeping the subscription active, you acknowledge responsibility for managing upcoming charges and agree to our subscription cancellation policy.

Your experience matters.
If you are not completely happy with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 365 days of your purchase date — even if the product is opened or used.
This applies to:
- The first bottle of any product you try
- First-time orders placed directly through our website
Shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties are not refundable.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Merchandise
- Sample packs
- Limited-edition items
- Clearance or sale-only items
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Amazon or retail purchases not made directly on our website
When returns are required:
Returns are only required in these cases:
Subscription orders (3– or 6–month packs):
All unopened bottles must be returned for a refund.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Unopened multi-bottle packs:
Unopened bottles may be returned.
Return shipping applies.
Incorrect items or damaged shipments:
We may request photos and will replace or correct the order at no cost.
Return Instructions:
To initiate a return:
- Email us at orders@plantsbasically.com
- Include your name, order number, and reason for return
- For unopened items, return shipping instructions will be provided
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect
Products eligible for return must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time:
- 5–7 business days after return is received or refund is approved
Shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties are non-refundable.
Damaged Products and Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, please email orders@plantsbasically.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
We will replace the item at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@plantsbasically.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed or shipped.
Amazon & Retail Orders
If you purchased a Plantsbasically product through Amazon or another retailer, please follow the retailer’s return/refund policy, as we cannot process returns for orders not placed on our website.
