I have noticed a difference in my running from having taken this for only a month. My sciatic pain is less severe. I wouldn't say it has entirely gone away, but it has made me feel much better.

I put the collagen in my smoothie each morning and I take the liquid straight from the dropper , on an empty stomach and drink water as soon as I get up.
