I've been riding BMX professionally for over a decade, which involved a lot of traveling, fast food, and partying.
Along the way, I had my share of injuries, including a herniated disc that changed my life. My doctor recommended surgery and quitting riding, but I sought natural healing methods instead.
After weeks of research, I found a book with healing protocols, and herbal supplements made a significant impact on my recovery.
This experience transformed my approach to health and nutrition. I became passionate about natural health and regenerative nutrition, focusing on nourishing the body with quality fuel. It's an honor to share my journey and passion for health with you, and I promise to always prioritize quality in everything I offer.
