Ive delt with a herniated disc and DDD for 10 years now (and I'm only 39) so I was up for trying anything that would help. To my suprise this has actually helped quite a lot. Im not pain free, but I can't actually recall when I took Ibuprofen last so thats a HUGE win in my book.

Started using Juicy Joint about 6 weeks ago to try to help with herniated discs in the lumbar spine. Also for general arthritis and joint pain my hands hips and knees. Three days after my first dose I woke up and my back didn't hurt. It has been over 6 months since I had PRP injections in my low back discs and I thought maybe it finally kicked in as up to this point, I was still waking up with back pain. I kept taking JJ for the next three weeks and kept waking up without any pain. I finally did a dive into the ingredients and everything was natural and low-risk but not there were recommendations against long term use. "Long-term" use was not clearly defined so I so I stopped taking JJ with less than a weeks supply left. About a week later, my morning started showing up again. I have been using Juicy Joint religiously for over a year now. I was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis two years ago. The previous year (before I found Juicy Joint), I had 4 cortisone injections in my spine to reduce pain and swelling. Since I started taking Juicy Joint, it has been over a year since I’ve needed a cortisone injection. I still have some discomfort and stiffness, but now it’s attributed to my weight lifting routine. This salve works better on my arthritic hands than anything else I’ve tried. The mixture of comfrey, arnica and ginger really seems to do the trick.
This stuff is legit magic. I’m a big homeopathic fan and believer but I was pretty hesitant because I’ve tried almost everything for my pain in my lower back and nothing really worked. I started taking juicy joint once in the morning then once at night and within a few days to a week all my pain and stiffness was gone. Activities that used to really hurt my back no longer do. Cannot recommend this stuff enough.
