I had discomfort in my knees especially when standing for more than 30 minutes. This product indeed reduced my knee pain. I also like that you should only take it once a day making it easy to consume. I will definitely buy more.
I was very skeptical but willing to give this a try. So far, after about 5-6 months it's exceeded my expectations. I had L4-L5 and L11-L12 surgery in 2020, lost a lot of strength in my right leg and have had several lower impingements. From the way I've had to walk, my hips and lower back were always hurting me. I really didn't want to do surgery again, but was afraid it was heading that way. Anyway, I've taken it daily and within about 5-7 days I did notice a difference. As the weeks have gone on, I've had very little pain in my back or hips. I've been able to start exercising again and feel a millions times better. My only issue has been the taste fluctuates from batch to batch, but it's very short lived and I couldn't been happier with my subscription. I've recommended it to my 83 year old father and he's going to start it here soon.
