It took a little less than two weeks but the pain in my hips lessoned greatly. Overall movement improved dramatically.
This stuff is magic in a bottle. I had a microdiscectomy and within 8 weeks had reherniated. I was devastated but willing to try anything in order to avoid surgery. I am a 62 year old nurse who starting in 2020 worked from home behind a computer screen sitting for 12-14 hours a day for 5 years.
