3 Exercises to Strengthen Your Back 💪

 1. Supine Twist:

  • Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat.
  • Stretch your arms out to the sides.
  • Drop your knees to one side while keeping your shoulders flat.
  • Hold for a few seconds, then switch sides.

 

2. Cat-Cow Stretch 🐱🐮:

  • Start on your hands and knees.
  • Arch your back, dropping your belly (Cow).
  • Round your back, tucking your chin (Cat).
  • Alternate slowly between the two positions.

 

3. Partial Crunches:

  • Lie on your back with knees bent.
  • Cross your arms over your chest.
  • Lift your shoulders slightly off the floor.
  • Keep your lower back pressed to the floor.
  • Hold for a moment, then lower back down.
