3 Exercises to Strengthen Your Back 💪
1. Supine Twist:
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat.
- Stretch your arms out to the sides.
- Drop your knees to one side while keeping your shoulders flat.
- Hold for a few seconds, then switch sides.
2. Cat-Cow Stretch 🐱🐮:
- Start on your hands and knees.
- Arch your back, dropping your belly (Cow).
- Round your back, tucking your chin (Cat).
- Alternate slowly between the two positions.
3. Partial Crunches:
- Lie on your back with knees bent.
- Cross your arms over your chest.
- Lift your shoulders slightly off the floor.
- Keep your lower back pressed to the floor.
- Hold for a moment, then lower back down.
