Chocolate Chia Pudding

     PUDDING

  • 5 tbs of chia seeds
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 2 tbs of cacao powder
  • 1 tbs of maca powder
  • 1 tbs of raw honey


     TOPPINGS

  • 4 black mission figs
  • 1 cup of blueberries 
  • 1 tbs of hemp seeds
  • dash of cinnamon 

ACIA BOWL

     BASE

  • 1 packet of frozen acai 
  • 1/2 cup of frozen blue berries or black berries 
  • 1 young coconut meat and water (use the water as needed to thicken as desired)
  • 2 tbs of raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbs of raw maca powder
  • 1 tbs of chia seeds
  • 1/2 a banana 
  • 3 dates (pitted) or 1 tbs of raw local honey

     TOPPINGS

  • 1/2 sliced banana 
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries 
  • 1 tbs of raw coconut flakes 
  • sprinkle of goji berries

Warming season

     BASE

  • 1 diced apple
  • 4 diced persimmons 
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries

     glaze

  • 1 cup of young coconut meat and water
  • 3 dates or 1 tbs raw honey 
  • dash of sea salt 
  • dash of cinnamon 
  • dash of nut meg
  • dash of ginger powder

Stir everything in a bowl and enjoy!


Almond Chia Pudding

     PUDDING

  • 2 cup almond milk
  • 5 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs maca powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean or extract 
  • dash of cinnamon 

     TOPPINGS

  • 1/2 cup of coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries 
  • sprinkle of goji berries

Cashew chia pudding

     BASE

  • 2 cups of cashew milk (see nut milk section for recipe)
  • 5 tbs of chia seeds

     toppings

  • 1 diced apple
  • 1/2 cup of goji berries
  • dash of cinammon 

black berry icecream

  • 4 Frozen Bananas 
  • 1 - 1/2 Cups of frozen Black Berries 
  • 4 Dates (pitted)
  • Coconut Water added to blend just enough to get it going
