Alfredo Zucchini Pasta 

  • 2 zucchini noodles 
  • 1/2 chopped red bell pepper
  • 4 fresh basil leafs

     ALFREDO SAUCE 

  • 1 cup soaked cashew
  • 1 cup spring water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/2 cup of chopped white onion
  • 1/2 tbs of black pepper
  • 1/4 tbs sea salt
  • dash of cumin

italian marrinated mushroom

  • 5 shiitake mushrooms (chopped)
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1/2 cup of onion chopped
  • 1 tbs of lemon juice
  • 3 tbs of olive oil
  • hand full of spinach
  • 1/4 cup fresh diced parsely
  • 1 tbs dried thyme
  • 1 tbs dried rosemary 
  • 1/2 tbs cracked plack pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 5 black olives

mix everything in a large bowl and then let sit and soak for 30mins in fridge once ready add on top of shredded cauliflower "rice" and enjoy!

 


garlic tahini

    base

  • 5 chopped kale leafs
  • 5 chopped romane leafs 
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 cup purple cabbage (diced fine)
  • 1/2 cup of green bell pepper
  • 1/2 or full avocado
  • handfull of dulse or sea weed of choice

    dressing

  • 1/2 cup of raw sesame seeds
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 a lemons juice 
  • 1 tsp of sea salt
  • 1 tsp of cracked black pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbs olive oil 
  • 1 date (pitted)
